    Yes.

    After customer making the payment, they held it back for 24 hours and then send that email.

    In Online Paypal website, it shows AS under review.

    and Ask NOT ship the product.

    Best part is it happened with customer who made payment through paypal only. Means, verified paypal customer.

    Wait for the payment to be reviewed by paypal why have they opened the dispute ??
