    PayPal is the best place for online money transaction. It is safe and secure. If your country is not restricted, then you can make account without any problem. If still there have any problem you may contact with PayPal directly via voice call or email for registration. Thanks

    I think you internet connection has some problem. When its page does not load you face a little problem otherwise there is no problem occurred there.
