Payment receiving problem shareasale

    From past 2months I am unable to receive payments from shareasale, I have added AXIS bank for direct payment processing money also received 4-5 times without any problem.

    Now from

    1. Jan - 20 payment sent not received. After support got it on march.

    2. Mar - 6 payment sent not received till now. Support after rejection of payment they will reconsider. Why this happening, Is there any other bank which receives payment without failure from shareasale.com website.

    and the transfer is NEFT, NEFT/SUS10079R1440658/SHAREASALE.COM

    which bank tranferring money so that i will open a new account and check.
