the best and secure payment option for receving payments in pakistan.
my client prefers paypal for transaction and since i dont hold a credit card and neither paypal, iam being limited to some options.i have no choice but to go for western union and moneygram.

Try Money Bookers because it is safe and secure payment gateway. Also there is no charge back in Moneybookers like paypal. Other payment gateway is 2CO and e-gold.

i have already made an account on moneybookers.
just for receving money and i was reading the faqs on the site but have a little problem...

    How do I receive money?
Simply, provide the payer with your email address and he can send you payments via Moneybookers. Anytime someone sends you money using Moneybookers, the funds will be instantly credited to your Moneybookers account balance.
    ------------------------
if then how would i withdraw money from my account balance
do i need a bank account for this?

You could look at www.plimus.com and see if it would meet your needs. It does allow paypal amongsts other payment methods. You can get the Plimus Debit Card which allows you to withdraw in the ATM in your country.
