    How adult are you talking? If it's not completely porn, there are several ISO's in Canada now that would be significantly better than using ccbill and the other suggested processors.

    Definitely Check out CCBill, a few other people already mentioned them above. ^^

    They recently implemented regional billing. Basically it lets you price your products to your consumers location.

    For example:

    With a normal processor:

    Person in US buys your content for 30 USD.
    Person in EU buys the same content for 20 euros.

    With Regional Billing:

    Person in US buys a piece your content for 30 USD.
    Person in EU buys the same content for 30 euros.

    The feedback I've seen for it has been nothing but positive, zero drops in sales and overall revenue going up as much as 20%.
