Hi All Are there any payment processor for credit card which does not refund money to buyer like paypal. We all know the problem with paypal. I know about egold but does it accept CC ?
I dont think there is... If there was, I know as a buyer I would stay away from it - sure a lot of buyers may charge back, but some people that sell also rip others off, so a way for buyers to get their money back in those situations is very important, probably required by law (not sure though)
u r right. there should be a way to get money back in case of fraudulent. what matters is a consistent inspection team
