I'd been using braintreepayments.com convergence payment processor for my online business to accept multi party payment.

    Thanks Mate,
But I have been using Paypal from years and it really sucks, more than half of the transactions doesn't go through on Paypal. Rest about 2CO, Neteller, Skrill doesn't allow Tech Support.
I don't have much idea about bitpay, However upon checking I think it is good for bitcoins only, but We need something to accept card payments.

Mate, We applied for braintreepayments about 3 months back and submitted all the required documents by them but haven't got any response from them yet, whenever we tried to get in touch with them we got a standard answer that your application is in process and we will let you know once completed.

You can accept BitPay as an alternative payment method together with traditional (card processor) one.

    BitPay has 3 great advantages:
    1) No chargebacks
    2) Low fees - merchant is charged only 1%. In some cases even 0% fees.
    3) Daily payouts on our bank account.

Thank you mate, However most of the people will not have bitcoins or bitpay account. Since I haven't used it, so, I would like to know if a customer can get bitcoins easily & instantly to pay and can they buy bitcoins to pay without creating an account or do they have to create an account first to get bitcoins & does it takes time for verification of the account?

Tech-support has become one of the industries that is either a blatant YES or NO! I have experience placing great tech-support companies through our many channels of merchant processors. Using Paypal and processors that are not really "high-risk" friendly can be challenging and cause huge headaches in the future. Please PM me with any information you have regarding your processing history and I'm sure we will be able to place you accordingly.

    Paypal - Payza - WebMoney.

You have to give Payment options to the client. So these three will do the job sufficiently. on top of it, you can add bitcoin payment too.

Usually if the Tech Support business and bank account is located in the U.S. as well as at least one of the owner/officers, then you can probably get a domestic merchant account as long as you aren't outsourcing the service overseas, particularly to India.

Solid Trust Pay (STP) is another payment processor. I use them from time to time and seems they could be a solid payment processor. I have not used them for services billing yet but may be another option for you to checkout.

Tech support business is almost over. Google adwords has also banned tech support accounts. For payment processing, only Paypal is the option.
