    What i dont understand is that when most of the directories and users have paypal and they accept paypal only, how in god's name can i use Moneybookers to buy links and listings there???? please answer

    Look for the directories that accept MoneyBookers ... (I can help ;) )
    Or else, find a person who can pay PayPal on your behalf ...
