Payment processor for pakistan based folks?

I'm pakistan based and i waana start a web directory .for that i need payment processor like paypal which can transect money to pakistan ..is there any way to get a free account?? or low fee account??? need help!

 

You can try MoneyBookers.com, it is available in Pakistan and is just like paypal.

You can also try e-gold if you want to start free.
If you can spend some money is start, go for 2Checkout. Many many people from Pakistan are using 2CO for accepting CC.

 

Money bookers would be the best solution for you incase if you don't want any third party involved. Unlike egold it is very easy to withdraw and upload funds from/to moneybookers account.
Egold is another solution but it is really hard to get and involves third party to get it funded so there are always risks.
And I won't recommend 2checkout because there won't be many credit card payments for a site like yours.

How people in Pakistan can withdraw money other than wire transfer? I mean that can they still receive checks?

 

I think Check is not an option. I have to confirm it though ...
BTW, if you can get your money in your bank in 3/4 days with WireTransfer, why you want to spend 35 days to clear a check ???

Last time i checked, you CAN accept Wire Transfer in your local currency account.
However, to Send Wire Transfer you need a foreign currency account.

Confirm with your bank.

 

I think you need foreign currency account as i sold my few sites recently and i opened a bank account in MCB since they advised to open a foreign bank account and it is in usd so if i withdraw they will give me dollars..
