Some payment processors were offering debit cards to eithdraw the money from account. Stormpay.com was using this offer but it's the only one I know.
Does anybody know any other 3rd party processors?

Paypal Debit Card option is only available for a few countries only.

I use Plimus.com which provides the option for a Payoneer Mastercard Debit Card option and Regsoft.com (or any Digital River based companies) would allow withdrawal through an ePassporte Visa Debit Card option.

Yes, I have used Plimus for over a year now and have just switched to them exclusively. I am happy with them.

So far I have not encountered any issues with them and I always get my money on the 15th of every month for the previous month's sales.

Their rates are way higher than that of Paypal but with what you get from them, it is worth the while especially if you are selling software. http://www.plimus.com/fee_schedule_solutions.html

Their rates are relative close to the industry rates at between 4.5% to 15% per transaction.

Plimus is recommended. I used them a while ago and they were just great. Payments on same date. Never late...

Yes, I have the Payoneer Master Debit Card through Plimus and it works great here, although there is a US$400 withdrawal limit per day. The Plimus Debit Card is made especially for vendors who are not from the US as if you are in the US, the EFT makes more sense because then you use your bank's own ATM card.

Plimus actually allows a variety of ways to get your payment, one is Wire Transfer, Plimus Debit Card and Paypal. I used all of them and they are great.

I ordered a plimus debit card because I'm not from US. It's a pain in the ass with bank transffers because they transferr $$ and my bank account is in Euro.

Well, the exchange rates are pretty much determined by your bank if the incoming amount is in US$.

That is not going to change the fact if you use the Plimus Debit Card in your country since everything would still be withdrawn in Euro and the Bank which owns that ATM would do the foreign exchange conversion for you and add their own fees.

There is pretty much nothing you can do about it really. I supposed one thing is to have them transfer the money to Paypal so it will remain in US$ then just spent it from there.
