Payment Processing with Paypal using multi email and two company in uk and in india

Hi There,
We are looking for a an advice for our current business plan using paypal please.

We are located in UK and we have a business with business paypal account , Our Business solution partner located in India requested from us to allow them to receive money on our paypal account and send the money to them every month that we receive. so we will add a different email address for them and they will have no access to our paypal , all we will do is to forward the money each month


Indian partner , they do IT support business so all their business over the internet selling softwares and giving IT support, because of lot of limitation with paypal in india they are seeking for help.

Where do we stand with this please ? what are the things in any case we need to be careful please ?

Two points that came to my mind are:

- if you are using the same PayPal account for your business and their business then you are risking your PayPal account because of issues related to their payments.

- since you are receiving their payments you are also becoming liable for any legal issues pertaining to their transactions.

 

I am not sure I/you understand what are you trying to do. Adding THEIR email to YOUR account will not forward payments anywhere, they will still settle in YOUR account

 

What will happen is that money will come and every end of the month we will download the money into our bank and transfer bank to bank, we will dedicate 1 email address just for them , as far as i understood from reading about paypal that we will be able to see how much money we received from that email address..

 

Cant we have some sort of legal contract signed to cover this ?

 

it is ONE account, and ONE business name, just different email addresses to send payments to for your convenience (arguably), what kind of legal contract would you expect between email addresses?

 

I think it might be possible by becoming appointed as their business representative in your country/region. I am not qualified to advise you on the specifics of how to do it...you will have to consult some legal/accounting experts in your country.
