Where are you at? I do not have any solution for your question. I am from Chile, and I know that payment processing online is not very common. I think that the main problem is with banks rather than the users. They have crazy (and complicated) ways of securing transactions, and because of it they are not user friendly. In addition, they have crazy fees as well. However, I know that there are banks that work in all of the countries you mention and also the U.S. and that might ease your problems. BBVA and HBSC are some of them. I know that Banco de Chile is in NY and Miami, but other than that I have no idea. Good luck though, because I am interested in this as well.

I found so far payulatam dot com and paymentwall , payulatam not answer for days. and waiting to integrate paymentwall they have 90+ paying options and alot for south america aswell i hear fees are very high but thats not problem better than losing all customers who cant pay with paypal.
