Payment processing for items illegal in the US

I'm trying to setup a adult content based website and am looking for a payment processor. The issue I'm running into is two fold. One, the content I'm looking to sell is illegal in the US (pornography the doesn't pass the miller test and is considered obscene in the US, though IS legal in other countries), and Two, is specifically banned by Visa. So I'm looking for a payment processor that supports virtual checks and/or 900 number based billing and is not headquartered in the US. Is anyone aware of such a processor? I'm not looking for a subscriptions sales service, but rather a per-download payment service.
