We are unable to find a third party processor willing to accept online computer repair services.

ClickBank / SWreg / Plimus do not accept repair services.
    PayPal is not an option.

We process around 30k/month, any suggestions ?

The current controversy around the online computer repair business model are the insidious scams emanating from Russia and India that plan viruses on people's computers, then call them 2 days later with their amazing remote fixit services! Customers are scammed and chargeback their card purchases when they realize they were duped. Your best hope is to be completely open and honest with any processor you approach. Provide them with solid processing history showing no complaints, chargebacks or problems, etc. If you are accepted, be prepared for higher rates and strict compliance requirements to ensure you are providing superior and ethical services to your customers. You are welcome to contact SolidTrust Pay who will consider this business model.

You can use paypal with a prepaid card. There may be a few other easy entry processors like 2checkout.com as well. In any case with this business type you need to make sure that you do not get chargebacks, as this could quickly shut your processing down.

There's always offshore processors but they usually want a lot to get setup and often have processing requirements like $50,000 per month before they will even consider a business.

I know your thread is a few weeks old now but in case you are still looking from some options, you might want to consider okpay.com. They process for a diverse selection of business types.
