    Friends,

    I am freelance programmer. I have some customers in US and do freelance software work and they pay through paypal, wiretransfer etc. Currently Paypal is having some problems etc.

    I would like to understand the various methods in collecting payments from US customer which would be faster and safer. I reviewed some sites, but information is not clear. Most of the customer pay through credit cards etc.

    Well if you can wait to take cash in banks then PayPal still good option for you. Second option is Wire transfer which is also a good option if you transfer huge income. Xoom will be most effective option for since your clients are from USA, you can take Cash Pick up with 1 hours from transfer, just need ID proof when you go to take cash.:)
