    Hi,

    Anyone know of:

1: A nice payment processor that may give out debit cards like paypal or ability to transfer funds to paypal?

2: Would be accepted on most of the sites ( even porn).

3: one and two Plus low fees?

    Any ideas?

I doubt you will find any service that can fulfill the requirements you have.

Just to compare one thing, then you can not find a service which both works for porn and e-com at the same time, at least it would be to expansive. This ofcourse only if you look for a e-wallet solution or 3 party processor or similar.

With you own merchant account it is another story, but there you wont find any provider that is able to issue a debit card too or transfer your funds to paypal. I guess it would also be against paypals rules.

Go with ccbill. Though, they process porn payments, thus their fees are pretty high as well...but something is better than nothing.

Checked out ccbill before but thought there might be something else out there will a little low fees. Anyway, if its all thats out there then i guess ill have to go with that.

Any idea if they offer debit card? or they just send payment to bank account? Any start up fees or monthly fees?

Wow, just found out that if you want to accept visa through ccbill -"Pay an initial registration fee of $750. An ongoing annual fee of $375 is required to maintain your VISA-sponsored merchant status"

ccbill is simply staying in compliance with card association rules by charging the visa fees. They are a decent company. You may also want to check with verotel. They've been around a long time.
