payment problem with Amazon

so I'm browsing my amazon affiliate account and I find this message:

my first reaction is.. wtf?

so I send them an email through the contact form and 3 days pass and no response
I decide to send them another email and 2 more days pass and no response
I send them 2 more emails and several more days passed without any response

none of this is making any sense to me.. wtf is going on?

Could be involved with a sort of fraudulent activity, even if not on your end?

I had a domain with the word "amazon" in it, and they emailed me about it so I stopped using it. They confirmed that my account is okay as long as I no longer use that domain

Regardless, I don't understand why they can't respond to my emails .. at least tell me to go fuck myself or something, but give me SOME response

 

now that you have already stopped using this domain, could you show me what it was? (maybe by pm) - just curious.

don't they have a phone number? why don't you call them up.

i guess you can call their customer service number first?
and then ask for a redirection.
they can't just ignore you if you are a buyer.

 

alright I'll give them a call tomorrow, they might not redirect for various reasons me but we'll find out tomorrow.
