payment problem plz help

    ok the problem is i payed some body $50 for a service and then

    he failed to complete it so i asked fro refund

    he refunded me but i got one strange error paypal payment pending

    i have not seen such error before can anybody tell me what will happen next will be paying me or not

    Could be an eCheck payment. These usually take 72 hours to process.

    Basically, the person funds the transfer directly from their bank account via electronic transfer instead of using a credit card. PayPal will wait untill the transfer has been verified before releasing the funds to you.

    Did he refund you your original payment or send you a payment? Sometimes when things look fishy (if they think a stolen cc is used) they will do this - they usually ask you for info regarding the payment, you tell them everything you know. This happened to me and it took 2 days for the money to clear.
