Payment.php file not opening!

    hello Dp!
    when i open payment.php file in my directory then it does not works and gives an undefined function error...i just installed the script ..is there any changes to made in payment.php file after the installation of the directory? here is the url http://www.drazr.com/payment.php

    when i was installing the directory then cgi support was not working ....i think it's because of it??
