Payment options in msn adcenter

    Hi,

    WHen I looked in to msn adcenter , it was showing it is only accepting only us resident.

    could any one tell me the payment options they do and how do they verify whether publisher is from USA?

    they say that but I have found they are not strict inforcing it, I use it and I am not from USA.

    Payment is by c/card only with a $5 activation fee.

    Buddy Iam saying about adcenter publisher.It is in beta now. So if any one is getting paid from them, how and when ?

    do they verify via ssn, else i can give some fake address and get the payment from them
