Just checking who else has not received a payment from pinballpublishernetwork this month? They owe me $600 for last month and $900 for this month. Today I disabled them because the payment is 12 days late, They asked me to fill out a w8 form I did and still I have not been paid. I was told I would be paid on Friday, Its now Saturday and I still have not received any payment, I am using paypal as my payment method. Has anyone been paid from them? I am very worried now because I sent them my personal information on the w8 form. My manger is called James I will update this thread with the outcome of what happens In total i am owed over $1500 for this month and last and they have not sent me a penny what should i do? I have contacted my manager James he said i would be paid yesterday and i have not, So where do i go from here?
Thanks I am coming to terms with the fact that they have scammed me, I have contacted the police to get a crime reference number, to send it to the courts, My friend had a look at the software they have had me promoting for the past 40 days and he said its full of breaches of privacy issues, I told this to the police and they wanted the .exe file so I have provided them with it. Also I am going to setup a few hundred micro blogs such as pinballpublishernetwork scam and place adsense on them, I expect within a few months I will get my money back this way, I just cannot think of any better ideas, I am not dealing with ppn now, I will deal with the police only, My sister is a lawyer and she said if I contact the police and tell them an American company has committed fraud on a UK Citizen, I was told the American police will make a rep of pinballpublishernetwork come here to the UK Courts, She said it may take a few months possible even a year but it will happen. This should be fine for now, this with the micro blogs gives me something to do for the next few days, and thanks for your reply the fact that you care means a great deal to me They also asked for our conversations I had so I have to provide a download of all the emails they sent me, and the ones that I sent to them. They basically forced me to keep the code on my site , and threatened to disable my account if I did not remove clicksor, the police said this could possibly be classed as blackmail and if not I could at least get damages, I have all the email proof and under no circumstances will I let this go. I have setup google alerts for certain keywords and strings so that when ppn try to lie to other publishers in forums like this, I will be notified and I can join the threads and show my proof that they are a complete scam. For the ripping me off for just $1500 they have opened a can of worms, I went to the police to get my money back, not to cause any trouble for privacy breaches, but this is what the police seem interested in, They basically said as long as I don’t back down I will get my money back, they advised me to make no form of contact with ppn now, So I will update this thread when I know more
Never heard of them. How did they force you to keep the code on your site? Sounds like a big batch of legal soup you have there and you'll have to weigh your legal costs against the $1500, unless you truly have a vendetta against them and a lot of cash to burn. Good luck to you though.
OK This is what happened they asked me to remove clicksor from my site, I made $200 per day with clicksor and about $30 with pinballpublishernetwork, So i removed pinballpublishernetwork instead of clicksor, They then turned around and said if i keep running clicksor and not pinbllpublishernetwork, They would disable my account and withhold my payment. So in other words once you start with them you can’t stop, They call the shots because they owe you a few hundred dollars and they have you scared that they will not pay So they forced me to keep running pinballpublishernetwork even though I could have earn 5 times more with clicksor, I did not run clicksor and ppn at the same time, it’s just they wanted to own my site. I was not allowing this to happen, I own my sites and I will decide who I use not them. I do not have to pay court fee's this is a criminal matter, That is straight out blackmail below i have attached an screenshot of the email they sent me, This is just one message, I have about 10 more Who the hell does this James guy think he is? I am aware that i am not going to get what i am owed from ppn, the police said they have no option other than to pay me, or they will have to come to a UK court and fight the case. I am quite happy to do I don’t think they understand that its peoples wages they are scamming them out of, not just a bit of beer money for the weekend, They can keep the money, I have made about 30 sites now and i have adsense on all of them, Yesterday i made about $4 from the ppn websites i know it’s not much but over time i will get the money back Just since yesterday I have created 30 different hosted sites saying how much of a scam ppn is, I am also tracking keywords and have setup google alerts so when they try scam others in forums just like this, I will be notified so I can just join the thread and tell people the truth. I have ordered $50 worth of fiverr testimonials and promo videos to upload to youtube, I am targeting every single forum to start a ppn scam thread, I have sb running on 3 different computers collecting forums that ppn use to obtain their business. Review/scam sites are next on the list I am doing a press release, article submission, I am treating this as I would with any other site, Within the next 30 days I will be on the first page of google for all the keywords ppn use, I am going to use their pr campaign against them, I am working on have them de-indexed from google, I have reported them to the police, That’s just within 24 hours. I will admit that am angry and yes I do have a vendetta against ppn, wouldn’t you if they ripped you off by $1500 and spoke to you like they did to me? They need to understand that they cannot get away with this, I am feeling a little bit better now because I can see in the long run I am the person who will win, I will get my money back from the blogs I make about them, They on the other hand have a very angry man willing to do anything in his power to close them down. This is just a wild guess but I can imagine a company like ppn does not need any more bad press after the amount of court cases this company has had already. Also they said they sold the company and changed all the staff, well how come when I used to work for them when they was zango , I spoke to the same person then as I do now? I have all our conversations from about 3 years ago, telling me to use copyright material on my site, I had a movie website and they declined me because there wasn’t actually any movies on there, they told me to actually put the copyright movies on my site and they would approve me, they don’t know I have this but honestly I have so much. They are a joke google “pinballpublishernetwork beg†its actually quite funny they are begging publishers to use them, This makes me wonder why they are so desperate to have that program installed of victims computers, Just for backup and took a cache copy of the terms and lots of screen shots, and a download of the software they had me promoting. I know sound like I am in the wrong and that I am out to get them which of course I am , but I have no other choice this is the only way I can get my money back, I am not a rich guy I am just normal like everyone else, $1500 is quite a lot of money to me, and I will not sit back and let these con men rob me, and for James sending me that email, that just tipped me over the edge, When he sent it I wanted to punch the screen, but I was cool, I asked him certain questions, so he would give me the answers which I could then use to show the police. I've paid without any issues on a normal Net 30 basis. It doesn't seem like others are having this problem after a search of the forum.
This seemed interesting and I feel for you that you’re out anticipated funds. But when I saw that you wanted to monetize with Clicksor too I remembered an experience I had with Pinball during signup. I was running Clicksor and they asked me to remove Clicksor from my sites if I wanted to be a PPN member. The reasons was that It was against their web publisher agreement. I agreed because I had a less than ideal experience with Clicksor previously. So I did some research, see 2.2 Noncompeting of the publisher agreement. If you became a PPN publisher you had to agree to this caveat. To me it looks as if you violated the web publisher agreement with Clicksor running on the site. It’s always in the legal details which explains why they may have withheld your payment. 2.2 Noncompetition. Web Publisher shall not, directly or indirectly, promote, advertise market, sell, bundle, or distribute in any form any software or product that competes with Hotbar, the Seekmo Search Assistant, or any Product during the Term and for a period of 60 days after this Agreement is terminated.

I am with Pinball/Zango/... ages. All complains I saw on forums were always solved. And if its in terms that you can not run some other networks together with their code than it might be your fault. Anyway they want to pay you, just do what they ask you to do and wait... once you will see that you make more than with clicksor.
I threw you a bone last night writing that letter of apology and this is how you repay me? How can you sit there and say I will earn more ppn than I would with clicksor when the proof is already in my pocket, if I earned more with ppn why would I stop using you? This is what happened, I was told by ppn to remove clicksor, I earned much more with clicksor than I did with ppn, so instead of removing clicksor I removed ppn makes sense right? Anyway after I stopped running ppn 3 days later James sent me an email saying if I carried on running clicksor and not ppn then my account would be disabled, I could understand this if it was a case of inactivity but it wasn’t because I had ppn on other site and that was doing about $30 per day so it was not inactive. I will tell you the thing that tipped me over the edge, it started at the control panel i logged into ppn just to check how much I earned that day I was not even expecting to get paid I thought it was like adsense, anyway it said ppn had put x amount into paypal so I checked paypal, nothing there, I then send James an email saying was there a problem, he says your money will be in on Friday, Friday comes and no payment, he then asks me to fill in a form, I go to the office to use the printer, send it him, come back home, he says you need to fill in this box, I go back to tick the box, after making me jump these hoops he then says it will be the end of the month. Keeping in mind this is the same guy who was telling me my times running and that the clocks ticking. I feel I acted a little extreme but when I got that email what else could I do, the problem I have with James is that I used to have the exact same problems many years ago when ppn was zango with a guy also called James, now this new James says it’s not him, but I think it is, if it’s not you then I have apologized in my letter I sent you last night, but I don’t know something just tells me it is you James but I have forgot about all this now and excepted your apology. Right so this is my update and my honest opinion of ppn. They did pay exactly when they was supposed to, they paid me $1500 I will post proof, the conversions were good, if it was not for the “communication†problem’s with James i would have simply made a gateway page and carried of using both ppn and clicksor. $1500 for a month’s worth of traffic is not bad i can’t really say much in regards to conversations because this is not their task, but I was happy with mine, so to sum things up I may have said a few things in my previous posts when I was angry, other than my issues with James the money was good and they pay so I take back a few words I said such as scammers and con men etc Proof
I woke up today looked in the mirror and noticed 4 grey hairs looking right back at me, this is also James’s fault. Send me a pack of jet black just for men and I will call it truce. I am also surprized with clicksors earnings normally I would only use them as last resort but the last 2/3 months have been good.
