payment methods in egypt

Hi there
i'm new here, but here in egypt, there is no paypal accounts,!

so what can i do if i want to sell my domain here? how could i receive money??

open an account with moneybookers some people use it here , that is good start

 

but what i want to know also, how things go here, i mean when some one tells me that i'll give you my domain but send me money 1st, who will be responsible for that transfer?? what if he didn't send me his domain??
