Here the problem, In my business customer always pay via paypal. and I must pay my partner via moneybookers,webmoney and he have paypal but ukraine account so he can only send but cant receive. Can I pay him with my paypal fund? Maybe using other interface perhaps Plimus or whatever. How can I solve this problem? I love to do exchange between paypal and moneybookers but in DP is is prohibited so I wont request it.
