payment made but didnt show up

    hi, a member paid to my paypal yesterday but for some reason it dont show up, says complete but the money is not there!
    anyone had this happen?

    No,I don't think so. How much did he pay? You should pay Paypal transfer fee to receive the money

    im runnhing hosting, the customer has been paying for months, every time worked perfect, this time it shows as paid but no payment shows. $8.95

    Are you sure he already sent you the money?
    Have you got the email from paypal?

    yep got the email saying they paid from paypal. even my WHMCS shows as paid.

    they used a credit card, its hard to say whether they going to own up.
    but yes will contact them.
