payment issue delay .. is it normal ?!

    There are no holds on my account.
    All my info - including Tax info - are correct.
    My account balance reached more than $100.00 before the 15th of oct.
    Today is 31 Oct and yet I don't see any "payment issued" statment in my Payment History?!
    Usually payments are issued around 24/25 of every month.
    Is this delay normal?
    Am I required to do anything or just wait?!

    Google Pays on NET30. If you reached $100 in October, your payment will be send 24/25th of November.

    Oh .. I see!
    I thought this is applied only if the balance reaches more than $100 after the 15th of a certain month, But if it reaches $100 before 15th, then the payment should be issued at the end of that same month!
