Payment in progress since march 24th for adsense today is 30th still no payment issued link. Does google update payment issue link when they mail out the check at the 30th of the month. You better ask from other publishers in your country if they are getting the same problem. I don't think anybody else is getting this error. We all got our payments as usual without any trouble.
