They said wait 7 days before they will investigate.. so thats Thursday :S

Sent them my 3rd and final email before thursday, no response.

Gone from wanting my cash to needing it as I had to put a holiday I had to pay for by today on credit cards, was intending to pay for it using the google money.

Never rely on Google for income! You should always try to have a few different sources of income.

 

No matter what happens here, I bet you aren't going to be giving away any more Adsense secrets.

When your tip got over to that other forum, where Google has guys constantly monitoring the threads... AND, it became real popular... well, your payment delay seems very coincidental.

But, then again, I like to jump to conclusions.

And yes, I will be sharing my secrets.. even tho that makes it sound like I know all and am letting you in on what I want when I want

I am working on some illustrations and will be making an article or 2 on common mistakes made by AdSense noobs, and answers to common questions. As well as a full writeup of the whole "ads over images" and the direction Google are going with it now.

On that note.. I would advice all running images over ads to un-blend the ad units by giving the ad unit a border color other than the background color.. and if you want, I would be interested in how this changes your CTR.

Dude! He hasn't even got June's payment. Don't try to break his heart any more by talking about the next payment for the rest of us!!!!

 

I only got into adsense in the last like 4 days of July so july is my first check. Thats why Im excited

 

well, sucks to be me.

G got back to me RE: no "payment in progress" on my account, and admitted there was a fault with my account and the payment cycle missed me, and to top it off, they will now have to pay me what I should have got end of last month at the end of this month.

I emailed and told them that this felt "unduly harsh"

They said that they understand that I may be disappointed with their current policies, but it will be paid at the end of the month.

So here I sit.. waiting... with no options... very little money... 1st wedding anniversary this weekend... wondering if they will pull the same 'stunt' this month... just needed to share and get it off my chest. (as I do not have a blog to bitch too, maybe I should start one)

 

Look on the bright side. You aren't banned. You WILL be getting your money.

Ouch! That´s a bit harsh, right enough Critter. At least you now know what is going on though and can stop chasing the postman up the street asking him to look again, just one more time.
