payment in process

I know its very basic question but still no idea abt tht plz tell me what does it mean?
sorry frnds its payment in progress not process

 

PIP means that Google has hit the Big Red Button and is printing your Adsense check or has started the process to transfer to your bank account. Process Complete means that they have sent the check or made the transaction ..and now you have to wait for the check to arrive or for your bank to process Google's deposit.

 

I have the same problem.

 

I m using WU for payment it also says me Payment In Progress! hope it get paid before 30
