if i have an account in an international bank like citi in the Asian country and as citi have its branches in US if i try to withdrawal funds from paypal to US bank and give my account information what do you think citi's US branch ll accept payment or reject
Most likely wont work. US banks use an ABA routing number which is issued by the Federal Reserve. International banks, use a number called an IBAN number. Even though Citi would have branches in Asia as well as the US, there would be no way to connect the Asian account to a US routing number.
citi have its Routing number too swift and IBAN number too but not sure they ll connect Assian account to US account even there representative can't getting what i am saying or what i meant to say
in process PP add bank account and allow me to withdraw but said "if bank rejected it ll be return you and we will charge fee"
yea.. that is the problem. anyway my opinion is that citibank non-US account governs the rules and routing numbers of that particular country. It wont be considered as an US account.
i added my local account as an us ban account citi representative said me that we are driving all our branches with same database but he also not yet sure that how our us branch ll handle transaction because when i add my account i receive mail from paypal we have sent you two deposits verify your bank account by entering sent amount
