Guys, I have two websites to sell ebooks and currently using Plimus payment gateway because that is free. You only have to pay whenever sale is made. But I have problem with them. During last 10 days I got two sales of 100$+101$, one by check and one by CC. But after 2-3 days of each sale Plimus refunded money due to "imminent charge back". When I asked them "did customer requested charge back or Plimus refunded assuming fraud" then Plimus did not reply clearly. This is not good, my first 2 sales of ebooks business are refunded and I am not sure about future with Plimus. Their Anti Fraud System is not good. I don't understand if any customer did not request charge back they why Plimus refunded money. Due to this reason I am finding alternate Payment Processor that I can use. Why you people suggest. It will be better if that will be free like Plimus but I can also go with monthly fee if services are great. What your experience says, my experience with Plimus is not Excellent. Help me please? GCS
