Then allow the customers to pay via credit cards. You can enable receiving payments through credit cards to your PayPal. You can also use 2Checkout.
Small hosting company with low funds... what about your skills in maintaining a hosting company? Do you have what it takes to run a hosting company? server management skills, software management skills? what is your webhosting stucture? How do you perform backups? What about power outage, have you got anything to keep your servers running? Are you just a reseller? You are looking for things you don't need, if you are a small hosting company, you don't need to look at payment gateways that charge "high fees" but uised by hosting companies that generate hundreds of sales per year, if you don't have funds, you won't be bale to advertise your company, if you have nothing to offer compared to big boys, just stick with the basics, Paypal, Skrill, Liberty Reserve and eventually Payza. As you will NOT reach their maximum anytime soon.
We recommend 2checkout to our resellers and VPS customers, who are starting a hosting business, because of flexibility, easy to setup and reliability. PayPal is also included as the payment method.
I just have $500. So I want to start as reseller. But I am struck with payment gateway. Can you suggest me some other thing I can do with this investment. I do not want to make high profits, just as a pocket money..
Does your host gives you all tool to be a great reseller. You know, webhosting is one of the hardest industry to work. If you check on here or on WHT, you will find hundreds of guys like you and those who are really making cash, even low profits can be counted by dozens only and most of the time not even worth the time they spend dealing with customers, sales and support. Now if you are determined to open your "hosting" compnay go on, if you feel that you have what it takes to be succesfull. But with $500, I would try to find something that require less work for same profits, you just need to find your way
Yes, but if you can't afford $11, you shouldn't be running a business. https://www.2checkout.com/pricing/
If paypal doesn't charge anything except for transaction fee then whats the problem to join that and What kind of best deal you are looking for ??
Just wanted to point out that with paypal if they dont have a paypal account and they select the paypal gateway it will take them to log in, well on that page there is an option for non paypal uses to do a credit card/ debit card transaction instead. no paypal account needed.
PayPal, Payza and Liberty Reserve is my suggest list. Also I will not go to 2CheckOut, because they charge refund fee up to 15$ per order. Sometimes the customer is not happy and need to refund, so 2CheckOut will take your business become nightmare
Refunds are free at 2checkout, but they have a chargeback (if the transaction was made with stolen card for instance) fee around $25 which is a bit high, but as it said before, everything depends on a business type and approx. fraud transactions.
Paypal offers Paypal Payments Pro service that is just a credit card processing. You don't need a paypal account to pay.
Wen we started we used Monsterpay, then moved on to 2checkout which seemed to do everything quite well besides being the more expensive option. I think paypal still the best
