I currently have a merchant account for card processing in my local store. I launched a new website i need to integrate a payment gateway. I cant use paypal or skrill or sites like that coz they charge a huge fee. Since my transactions a small my profits goes off with the commissions.

so since i have a merchant account i need to find a affordable payment gateway to process it. Cybercource allows me to integrate my merchant account with their payment gateway and they fees is just 5 cents per transaction BUT there is a 800$ setup and a monthly charge of 300$ which doesnt suit me.

so can someone suggest a payment gateway which i can integrate with my existing merchant account and affordable

Not much option you can choose from. Either you select the charge-per-use model or up-front set up cost model. If it's eaten up your margin, perhaps you should consider hike up your price to cover it.

Not really much you can do, gateways needs to profit somewhere.

Dwolla is a good option, very low fees though only available in the US. Last I checked, Stripe had similar fees to PayPal / Skrill which the OP isn't happy with.

I like Stripe, just wish they would just do a fully featured shopping cart and be done with it, without all the tokens and needing to process on your own server.

Which shopping cart are you using? Most have integrations already ready for Stripe so it is just a matter of configuring it and done. The 'tokens' are stored to allow further charges to be made without actually storing the credit card details on your server.

I really would like a "stand-alone" cart, sort of like e-junkie or something similar, without the need for e-commerce software integration.
