I got an email regarding payment decline on 28th October. When I go through my credit card statement it was an limitation exceed problem, after then I cleared up my bills and increased the limit. But still my account is showing Payment Decline and my ads are now invisible. Also I am unable to find retry button on Billing Preferences category though I am able to edit the Credit card information. After solving out the credit card limit I entered my Credit Card information too, but still it is showing Decline status. Anyone know what could be the problem?
