Payment after termination?

So YPN terminated me at end of December. I got paid for November, but I haven't heard anything about the December earnings. On the website it says they pay after 90 days. Has anyone who been terminated gotten paid after 90 days? Do they pay using the same method they used to pay you?

I wonder if anyone's taken Yahoo to court yet for lack of payment or for taking away an undue chunk of payment after termination?

their case wouldnt hold water. when you signed up and accepted the invitiation, you agreed to not suit them or hold them liable and that any reported earnings are estimated until payments are calculated and a check is issued. this is all in the tos and tnc. they could even not pay you after termination and get away with it (assuming they refunded the advertisers).

besides all that - we're talking about yahoo and their dorm full of lawyers.

According to Adsense, when you get termed from Adsense, you get nothing. Many have tried to sue Google but have not had any success. Who knows what happens when YPN comes out of BETA.

You need to wait for 3 month to get the money.

For one thing, just because it's in tos and tnc doesn't necessarily mean it can be enforced (e.g. stand up under the scrutiny of court).

please be my guest. challenge the highly educated specialized attorneys of a multi-billion dollar organization that wrote the tos and tnc.

im pretty sure they understand the meaning of CYOA and its covered very well.

but hey, your right. just because its in there doesnt mean it can be enforced.
