Paymate & Propay can be used on ebay, Anyone use?

    I've had issues with paypal on ebay before so the idea accepting payments with another merchant is awesome but I've never heard of these company's Paymate and Propay? Can anyone tell me which is better for a casual seller like my self?:confused:
