Paying you! to raise site to either PR 3 or PR 4 ranking

    The reason I put this up is, that a while back I did pay a guy to raise my site to a pr3 and it worked, though after one of the more unsatisfying google updates, the site severally dropped.

    If there is anyone that can guarantee a raise or money back in my Page Rank, I will pay well.
