Buying Paying up to 12 months revenue for websites with Adsense earnings

I am looking to purchase a few Adsense sites with the following criteria:

1) Minimum $30 per month Adsense revenue.
2) At least 3 months of consistent earnings (will need proof)
3) No forums and directory type of site. No adult content site.
4) At least 70% of traffic must come from Search Engines.

I am willing to pay up to 12 months (depending on site design, domain name and other considerations) of the earnings you generated from Adsense for your site. Please PM me the following:
