if you need fast results I would suggest paying per click instead, you have PR4-6 sites above you in the top 4 positions, youre not going to be outranking them with a new site anytime soon.

and particularly not without your keywords in your pagetitles.

Not possible.. your site has to be extremely high quality for people to be interested enough to link to it. Keep working on your site. Paying someone money for something that a person can't control is useless.
