Paying someone to reg .info's for me at godaddy

    For some reason godaddy.com needs a credit card in order to pay with paypal so im paying someone $2 which is roughly the reg price of a domain at godaddy.com if not 20cents more for every proxy domain they reg for me, i have a list of 4character .info's i would prefer, but please pm if you are interested.

    Do you need to register them at GoDaddy only, or is it for other registrars as well ?
