Paying someone to help if you can....

    I need someone to help me get my banner file size down to 200kb or smaller... I made an animated GIF in PSD and ImageReady but the file size is 750kb, which is too large for a banner ad. If anyone thinks they know how to help me and can shrink the file size for me I'd be willing to pay....I've already tried and cannot figure out how and am starting to think its not even possible.
