Paying Someone For Clicks?

I was just wondering if anyone pays someone else for clicks as in hiring them to do something that brings in clicks rather than paying for the clicks.

An example being getting on odesk or a freelance website and paying someone $50 to upload videos on youtube or doing something that would outsource manually doing it for clicks, but in the end getting more quality clicks that way than paying google for the clicks directly.

I might be a bit unclear though.

How does outsourcing bring in more traffic? If there are any other ways.

Imagine a professional writer taking a list of keywords and working those words into fresh, attention grabbing articles in a half or quarter the time. Doubling or quadrupling article submission pieces can theoretically double or quadruple traffic. With more traffic comes a better chance of conversion from reader to buyer. The total cost of an experienced freelance submission team is minimal compared to the increase in sales.

i dont think its a good idea for example you you hire some one to click on your adsense sites then soon you'll get banned .. as for my knowledge most guyz working Google are scientist the'll catch you sooner or later its not worth taking the risk you'll never ever able to get that account activated again..
