I wanted to if any of you are paying service tax for your income generated from Google adsense sites. As per the Service tax rules, If a person is providing serviceable profession (that includes ads on internet) & earns more than 8Lac/ annum, the individual must pay ST @ 10.3%
    -
But in the case of Adsense, we publishers cannot create an invoice mentioning the ST & send it to Google.
    -
In such situations, what are other web publishers who are earning above 8L/ year from adsense are doing? Are you paying the ST from your pocket?
    -
As & auditors dont know much abt the working of this online ads & each one has their own view.Would like to know the practices of fellow indian webmasters.
