Some affiliates allow "Performance Incentive" offers. Is this when you can pay people to fill in your forms? Is this alright? OR do you have to promote your website, in the hope people will complete your offers.

Point im making is that these affiliate networks are big companies and surely they are not going to be that strict as to stopping people from paying others to sign up to their affiliates?

    Discuss please.

That's pretty much what incentive offers are, paying or giving someone an incentive to complete an offer.

Talk with your AM before you start working with incentive offers, they normally have strict requirements.

Actually some are extremely strict. A friend of mine lost over $2k in commissions because he was paying people $10 to signup for free samples of a product (for which the affiliate was paying out $24 per free signup).

Now, on the flip side this same guy does the same thing with other products all the time and makes a killing, so there are some programs that don't seem to mind, he just didn't check on this one before running the campaign and took a big hit since he was out the commissions and the money he paid to people for signing up.

Incentives work great, but make 100% sure the program allows what you plan to do before trying it. You should have a contact available with the affiliate whom you can ask and an email only takes seconds to send. Well worth avoiding the risk of losing money for not asking.
