Paying paypal money if someone gives me code for verify

    The purpose of Verifying your Paypal account is so that Paypal knows that you are who you claim you are. If you have someone else verify your account for you, it would really defeats the whole purpose of verification and would be against the TOS.

    You are the only person who can legally verify your own account.
