Paying in dollars

    Im a bit new to this, but my question is simple.

    I live in uk, but have seen an american hosting service I would like to purchase. What is the cheapest way to do this, ie what services do not charge you an exchange rate when buying dollars from the uk?

    There no way to get rid of the spread aka commission charged by bank.
    If the hosting package is less than $1000 then paypal should be the easiest and cheapest way to buy.

    damn.

    oh well, at only a few percent and only a few dollars a month I can live with it. Perhaps the banks need the money though so...
