I dont want people doing this for just the money, I want them to think it is a forum that looks as if it is worth being a part of and getting started. Payment is $5 dollars for 50 post. By PayPal. This is more long term than anything just so people that would like to be apart of a gaming community can be awarded for helping one get started. People that remain active through the competition and after it will be rewarded extra. I reserve the right to stop payment which will be in this topic and be recorded by a posts time. Your starting payrate is way too low and you don't give any guarantees on handing out raises. I doubt you'll be getting any prospective paid posters with the rate of $0.01 when there's other members paying out $.10 per post. Not trying to be an ass...just my 2 cents.
I've been a moderator on various gaming forums over the years, i've got plenty of experience and i'm an avid gamer. The price that you've offered is extremely low, even after posting for a long time, the rate still doesn't become satisfactory, 0.10 cents?? This price is waaaaay too low. Ive professionally managed gaming communities consisting of thousands of posts and have extensive forum/gaming experience. I wouldnt waste the time on this and I doubt you will find anyone else worth having for this price either. Suggestions: Increase your pay, give some guarantees on compensation and raises. Try people out and if they suck, fire them. If theyre worth having then compensate them accordingly. Good workers are worth the money. You will have to do some work in weeding out the chaff and retaining, paying and pleasing the few goldenboys that will make you more money in return. Good posters are worth it, so dont be cheap.
same thoughts here. the prices are too low. cant you increase them to maximum 10 cents as for now?? imean you could have got so many forum posters since it is a gaming forum, and so little of the population is interested in your offers. please explain .

I wont be joining so you can save your money and maybe spend it on advertising, blogs, file downloads, videos, etc. Youre going to need more than just a forum to draw people to your community and make money on it.
