    Hi, this is all in theory, I dont actually have to do this but well I want to know how to anyway .. ^^ confusing I know... I am english but I cant think of the word :/

    right so....

    say I run a site where I pay the people who use the site, I want to pay them via paypal but I do not have a paypal account myself and do not want one, say paypal have blocked my account due to unethical use or something ;) - right so... say paypal dont want me to use their service - how could I pay to hundreds of people via paypal without a paypal account? is there an opposit to 2checkout that allows you to send payments to customers rather than accept money from customers?

    ok you can pay me by moneybooker or anything and i will distribute payment to your clients as per your directions

    let me know if interested in working this way. I will charge flat 10% fees for this job excluding any paypal fees that may incur while transfering payments to ur clients

    I do not think it is possible to send payments to one and all's paypal with out having your own Paypal account. Paypal does allow sending money to a paypal account without having one... but only if such transaction is pre-approved by the receiver's paypal account.

    @Op

    The thing wwhich u want is purely IMPOSSIBLE

    i would also not advice you to hire a individual 3rd party guy , who knows he runs away with ur thousands of dollars
