Buying Paying $75 for a PHP script that outputs a PDF

    I need a PHP script that has inputs boxes on a page, the user inputs a bunch of numbers and information, the script makes calculations based on their input, and then exports a PDF with the results.

    This is something I need done today, paying $75 to do it today. Must have SKYPE to communicate on. Send me your Skype username and we will chat.
