I am not saying anything nefarious is going on as I do not believe in accusing anyone without all information.

All I am saying is I am confused.

I know this person solicited me to send them $40 for 1000 facebook users.

In this thread, he seems to be buying.

Hence, I am confused.

I am curious for an explanation.
