This I Can do. Statcounter is the simplest. Google analytics is the most detailed. Let me know which one you prefer. What you need is to setup a mailing list. You can setup a free one at google groups or yahoo groups. Only once you have done that I can add the form to your site. I can't do this because it is against the Terms of service of adsense. I can accept paypal but only through a third party payment processor www.plimus.com. I'll send you a link to a buy now page through which you must pay me. PM me if interested.
I own http://www.ItsaProxy.com It's a quite modified version of the free http://www.chipmunk-scripts.com newsletter system to where the emails dont need to be validated, and the email signup is a total different "interface" that inserts the email into the database, all the chipmunk newsletter does is help manage all emails signed up and send out emails. i DONT reccomend yahoo/google groups , this is WAY easier - just enter your email and be on your way, those are confusing - normal school kids wouldnt sign up for them.
